2023 Lab Results:

Cadmium - .7 µg/serving

Our results for cadmium testing were dramatically lower than the Maximum Allowable Dose Levels (MADLs), at .7 µg/serving

This puts us in the bottom 9th percentile for concentration/serving.

According to Prop 65, the MADL for Cadmium is 4.1 µg/serving.

This means our chocolate has a cadmium concentration lower than 91% of the 469 products tested.

Lead - None Detected

Our results for lead testing were "None Detected," meaning the results were below the laboratory detection limit of .05 mg/Kg .

This puts us in the bottom 3rd percentile for Pb concentration/serving.

This means our chocolate has a lead concentration lower than 97% of commercially available chocolate (According to lab results from 469 chocolate products on As you Sow, 2023).
