Our dark chocolate is stable at room temperature for several months, but good luck keeping them for that long!

Almond Apricot Cardamom: Bold flavor and aroma harmonize with toasted, freshly ground cardamom and bright, tangy apricot. Texture lends a supporting role with the delicate crisp of thinly sliced almonds.
Mango Cashew Pepper: The most buttery nut meets the sweetest fruit in this bright, dreamy bar. Toasty aleppo pepper tops it off with a flicker of smokey heat.
Classic Dark: The uniquely floral profile of the Arriba Nacional bean offers notes of violet, jasmine, lilac, orange blossom and blackberry. Ground vanilla and sea salt lift the deep molasses flavor of coconut nectar, which gently sweetens our 75% dark chocolate bar.
Ginger Apple Walnut: In this nostalgic blend, the sweet softness of dried apples cuts through the bitter crunch of fragrant, roasted walnuts. A sprinkle of spicy grated ginger adds bite and balance to this cozy bar.
Coconut Blueberry Vanilla: This classic, flawless combination begins and ends with texture. Buttery toasted coconut flecked with ground vanilla bean gives over to the lingering tart chew of our blueberries, dried in-house.
